With Broadway’s newest thriller Misery (starring Bruce Willis and Laurie Metcalf) taking center stage, we needed to drive fan engagement while celebrating Stephen King’s iconic story and horror brand. To accomplish both objectives, we brought our audiences into the story and the story beyond the bounds of the stage into the online space through disruptive social campaigns, a “Number One Fan” sweepstakes, and the Misery Manuscript Docu-Series.
